If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify your specific coverage and deductible requirements. Self pay is also an options at $200 per session.
How do I schedule an intake session?
Scheduling is simple. You can click the "Book Session" button to get the contact information to email the practice. Please indicate your type of insurance, current problems, your First and Last name, Email, and Phone Number. Then you will receive the initial paperwork via a link from Alma.
What should I expect in the first session?
The first session is a warm, calm space where we get to know one another. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, and what you hope to achieve. It is a collaborative initial step toward understanding your journey and creating a path forward.
How often do sessions usually occur?
Most clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions to establish momentum and a strong therapeutic connection. Sometimes this may not be possible with Dr. Hoerl, but is almost always possible with practicum students. We will regularly check in to ensure the cadence feels right for you.
Do you offer psychiatric medication management?
Yes. There is a psychiatric prescriber on site who specializes in trauma, anxiety, and sleep. You can also contact that provider directly at www.authenticpsychiatricservices.com.
